A large library filled with lots of books.

The National Institute for Labor Relations Research (NILRR)  is a research facility that dedicates itself to providing people with information and resources regarding labor relation policies. We believe that all people have the right to knowledge. More importantly, all people should have the right to choose whether or not they work for a union.

Our aim is to provide the general public, scholars, and students with the information and resources necessary in order to expose the inequities of compulsory unionism.

We do this by publishing things such as brochures, briefing papers, and more. Our briefing papers are designed to stimulate research and discussion with easy-to-read summaries of current events. NILRR also conducts nonpartisan analysis and study for the benefit of the general public.

We are also determined to help those who are suffering from government over-regulation of labor relations. That’s why we offer multiple assistance and educational programs. If you are trapped in the tight grasp of forced unionism, you could be eligible for assistance. If this sounds like you, please don’t hesitate to contact us by clicking here.
